Melbourne Metro Project

The Melbourne Metro project involves the construction of a 9 km long tunnel in Melbourne, Australia, connecting the Sunbury and Dandenong rail lines. Construction is scheduled to start in late 2018 and operations are expected to begin in 2025. Since 2019, we have supplied 1500 mm diameter air ducts.

Nepal Hydropower Project

The project is a 86 kW run-of-the-river project located in Solukhumbu district, Sagarmatha region, Nepal. We have supplied 1100 mm diameter oval air guides and 800 mm diameter linear air guides for this project since 2019.

Fiji Island Mine Ventilation Ducts Project

We have been supplying ventilation ducts and ventilators to Vatukoula Gold Mine, a Fijian gold producer, since 2016. Their mine has been in operation for over 75 years and has produced over 7 million ounces of gold.

Tunnel Project - Sydney, Australia

The project will be one of the longest road tunnels in Australia. The 9km long twin tube tunnels north of Sydney will connect the M1 Motorway near Wahroonga to the M2 Motorway at West Pennant Hills, thereby linking the city’s north to a 110km long bypass known as the Rail Network. This will bring relief to Pennant Hills Road, which is used by more than 5,000 trucks every day. We have supplied 1800 diameter flat tubes and 2100 diameter semi-rigid tubes since 2017.

Industrial Ventilation Duct Project

During transportation, the air duct should be protected from mechanical impact and friction, and from sun and rain. The product should be stored in a well-ventilated warehouse, and the stacking should not be too high to avoid affecting the quality of use. The used air duct should be rinsed and dried first, and then folded and stored.

Ji'an Railway Project

It is a new strategic channel for China's "North Coal to South Transportation", with a total length of 1813.5 kilometers, and is the world's first one-time heavy-duty railway in operation. Since 2016, Sulong has supplied semi-rigid air ducts and straight air ducts with a diameter of 2200 mm.
